The Full Story

I grew up  in the South of France. People always assume that means sunshine and easy living.

It wasn't. It was a one-bedroom apartment, a mother who slept on the couch, and a small boy who decided — young — that he was going to fix it. I spent the next 25 years doing exactly that. Chasing money, chasing safety, working hard, moving countries, never stopping long enough to ask why

Then Covid came. The world stopped. And for the first time in my adult life, I couldn't outrun myself.

“My heart felt like a ton... what the hell am I doing all of this for?”

I was 28. And more lost than I'd ever been. The job paid well. The mask fit. But the person wearing it was exhausted.

It took months to find my way through. Not a revelation — a small murmur in the darkness. I started asking different questions. What am I actually good at? What did I love before I learned to be afraid? I followed that thread, enrolled in psychotherapy training, and discovered I was supposed to be doing this all along.

I retrained. Four years. A Bachelor in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. And today I work with people who are exactly where I was — holding it together on the outside, struggling to breathe on the inside.

I reached the top only to find it was empty. This isn’t a narrative I read about in a clinical textbook; it is a path I have walked myself. I know the weight of delivering while feeling hollow.

I'm not a therapist who read about this in a textbook. I lived it.

The Approach

Deep Inquiry

We move beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the underlying architectural patterns of your life, understanding how your past shapes your present.

Sustainable Change

Sustainable progress isn't about quick fixes. It’s a slow, deliberate 'unbecoming' of the roles and expectations that no longer serve you.

Empathetic Space

The therapeutic alliance provides a secure, non-judgmental container where you can safely question everything you’ve built.
