Cancellation Policy

Appointments Sessions are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged in full. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply. Payment Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. Online Sessions For online appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private space and stable internet connection for the duration of the session. Emergency Support This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate distress or at risk of harm, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service in your area.
