Does this sound like you?
The stress doesn’t go away. It just goes quiet for a while. Most people who come to therapy aren’t in crisis. They’re just tired of managing — and ready to understand.
You keep going, delivering, holding it together — but something feels hollow
You’ve achieved your goals but it doesn’t feel like enough
Anxiety, low mood, or relationship tension keeps returning
You don’t know what you need, just that this isn’t it
“My heart felt like a ton... what the hell am I doing all of this for?”
I was 28. And more lost than I'd ever been. The job paid well. The mask fit. But the person wearing it was exhausted.
It took months to find my way through. Not a revelation — a small murmur in the darkness. I started asking different questions. What am I actually good at? What did I love before I learned to be afraid? I followed that thread, enrolled in psychotherapy training, and discovered I was supposed to be doing this all along.
I retrained. Four years. A Bachelor in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. And today I work with people who are exactly where I was — holding it together on the outside, struggling to breathe on the inside.
I grew up poor in the South of France. People always assume that means sunshine and easy living.
It wasn't. It was a one-bedroom apartment, a mother who slept on the couch, and a small boy who decided — young — that he was going to fix it. I spent the next 25 years doing exactly that. Chasing money, chasing safety, working hard, moving countries, never stopping long enough to ask why.
Then Covid came. The world stopped. And for the first time in my adult life, I couldn't outrun myself.
Why I Do This Work
I reached the top only to find it was empty. This isn’t a narrative I read about in a clinical textbook; it is a path I have walked myself. I know the weight of delivering while feeling hollow.
I'm not a therapist who read about this in a textbook. I lived it.
“Thank you so much for helping me find a way back to myself when everything else felt hollow. I have moved from simply managing a life that looked fine to finally understanding what it means to actually inhabit it.”

I don't follow a script. I follow you.
I work integratively — which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you actually need, not what a model says you should need. Some people need to understand their patterns. Others need space to feel things they've been pushing down for years. Most need both.
Sessions are 50 minutes, in person at The Healing Rooms in Greystones or online. I work with anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, life transitions, and the kind of quiet suffering that's hard to name.
